Yes we allow well behaved dogs, on a lead throughout the garden centre and café.

Yes, we have two wheelchairs available, which unfortunately cannot be reserved.

Buses 60, D1 & X34 all stop directly outside the garden centre.

From Monday to Saturday breakfast is served from 8.30am until 11am and lunch is served from 11.30am until 2.30pm. On Sundays breakfast is served from 9.30am until 11am and Lunch from 11.30am until 2pm.

We only accept bookings for parties of 6 or more, we almost always have tables available for smaller groups.

The café is open from 9.30am, the garden centre is open for browsing only between 9.30am and 10am, with the first transactions through the till at 10am. We close at 4.30pm on Sundays, last orders in the café are at 4.00pm on a Sunday.

If an item is faulty, we will refund or exchange it provided you can provide proof of purchase, and it is within a reasonable amount of time (usually 12 months). Many of our products have extended warrantees. If you change your mind about a product, provided it is returned in the conditions which it was sold, within 28 days and with proof of purchase we will refund or exchange the product. Sorry, but this does not apply to plants.
